      • “Client” refers to any individual or entity that purchases products or services from the Company.

      • “Products” refers to signage, printing, branding, promotional materials, and any other items offered by the Company.

      • “Services” refers to any services provided by the Company, including design, production, installation, and delivery.

    3. Orders

        • Order Placement: Orders can be placed through email, or in person. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.

        • Order Confirmation: The Company will provide an order confirmation, including details of the products or services ordered, pricing, and estimated delivery times.

        • Changes to Orders: Any changes to orders must be communicated promptly. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline changes based on the production stage.

      4. Pricing and Payment

          • Pricing: Prices are quoted in INR and are subject to change without notice. The Company will honour prices quoted at the time of order confirmation.

          • Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the order confirmation. Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.

          • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges. The Company reserves the right to suspend services or withhold products until payment is received.

        5. Production and Delivery

            • Production Time: Production times vary based on the nature and complexity of the order. Estimated production times will be provided in the order confirmation.

            • Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery timelines.

            • Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling charges will be specified in the order confirmation. The Client is responsible for any additional charges incurred during shipping.

          6. Quality and Warranty

              • Product Quality: The Company uses state-of-the-art equipment and original inks to ensure high-quality products.

              • Warranty: The Company provides a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.

              • Returns and Refunds: Returns and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Clients must notify the Company of any defects within 7 days of receiving the product.

            7. Intellectual Property

                • Designs and Artwork: The Company retains ownership of all designs, artwork, and intellectual property created by the Company. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs for their intended purpose.

                • Client’s Intellectual Property: The Client warrants that any materials provided to the Company do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

              8. Limitation of Liability

                  • Exclusion of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.

                  • Limitation of Liability: The Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with its products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific product or service.

                9. Confidentiality

                    • Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep confidential any information disclosed by the other party that is marked as confidential or should reasonably be understood to be confidential.

                    • Disclosure: Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing party.

                  10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

                      • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

                      • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute, it shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by the parties.

                    11. Amendments

                        • Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any significant changes.
